Biocutem pigments are highly concentrated in its original form. Therefore, upon request of many tattoo artists, this mixing solution is used to create different shades of colors without changing the hue of the color itself. Its consistency is very carefully generated to have the perfect balance between witch hazel, glycerine and distilled water. It takes the guesswork out of the right dilution for our pigments.
