We have a 30-day return/replacement policy, if you are unhappy with your product or your product is defective within 30 days of the original purchase date, please contact us at email@example.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Your return needs to be received by our warehouse within 2 weeks after the RMA was issued.
When contacting Customer Service, please be sure to include the following:
The product you wish to return
Reason for return (Please specify)
If the product has been opened
Would you prefer a refund or an exchange (we cannot guarantee availability)
Please note that return shipping is the buyers' responsibility.
If you receive any product that is damaged, then you must notify us within 10 days of receipt and follow the return procedures above.
Returned items must be new and unused, in the original packaging. Any item returned that is not in resalable condition, may be rejected.
